Virtual Care

Health PEI has modified some fee codes to enable more care to be done virtually. MSPEI is also in discussions to see a further expansion of virtual care, including using modes beyond the telephone.

 For now, here is what you can bill:

• Limited Office Visit – fee code xx13
• Health Promotion Counseling – fee code 2505
• Psychotherapy – fee code 2501
• Diagnostic and Therapeutic Interview – fee code 2588 or 2586

There are restrictions, and it will be reassessed in 30-days.
