Emergency Department physician

A new Emergency Department physician is joining the PEI team! Together with Health PEI and the Department of Health and Wellness, we’re pleased to announce the recruitment of Dr. Harrison Carmichael.

Dr. Carmichael is originally from Charlottetown. He moved to Ontario to study medicine and worked in Ottawa as an Attending Emergency Physician. We’re thrilled that the Island lifestyle and career opportunity brought him back home.

Dr. Carmichael recently took a few minutes to answer some questions so you could get to know him better.
